Q.  I forgot my appointment with you today. Do you charge extra for a           broken appointment?

A.  Yes, we charge $20.00 for a broken appointment.

          Our technicians work on commission and a broken appointment costs       them money personally.

     You must pay the $20.00 broken appointment fee before we will                 re-schedule your windshield repair.
