Question and Answer

Q.  The rock chip is directly in my line of sight - can it be repaired?

A.  If the damage is in the "critical area" (defined as an 8 1/2 inch x 11 inch rectangle directly above the top of the steering wheel), we will recommend a windshield repair if the damage is not too severe, however, the final decision always rests with the vehicle owner.
