The Repair Process Our repair process uses state of the art computerized equipment and the highest quality resins. We are a Glass Technology, Inc. dealer and our repair technicians are Factory Trained & Certified and are also National Glass Association/National Windshield Repair Association Certified Auto Glass Repair Technicians. |
Our technician will inject a clear, acrylic resin into the break utilizing the Eliminator repair computer. The computerized repair process will cycle between vacuum and pressure cycles until the resin has completely filled the chip. Three minutes of UV rays are required to cure the resin. The glass is bonded back together and normally, 80-90% of the visible damage is hidden by the repair. The entire repair process usually takes 20-30 minutes. |
